I am currently in a QTH that has s8 of QRN (and old TV line timebase) on my FRG7700. I intend to listen on the band and will continue to report. I will give a signal only e.g. s7 and will not give a SINPO report. I will supplement my listening with the Twente SDR at Enschede.
