I heard a station on 1647 with strong signal which I assumed was Keizer en Keizerin, but no ID was heard. 
I have included an UNID in the log (which I do not normally) because it was playing a Radio Caroline heritage programme. 

Interestingly short skip suddenly reappeared at my QTH around 2115 UTC (2215 local) with strong signals from The Ghoul (6316), Focus (6270) and Merlin (6300). There is also a blank carrier on 6311 which had been there for many hours, probably a utility. See image below:
