Since Friday, I believe, there has been a morse code beacon on 1650 sending out the message "PPZK" in morse code which is a Brazilian callsign. The beacon is apparently coming from a Brazilian ship (The Skandi Vittoria) anchored in Amsterdam harbour. How long it will there for is anyone's guess. MadRadioDxer has a video of reception:
